So full blast hot defroster it is. MY HVAC controls are just 3 knobs and rear defroster.
According to my owners manual, it already runs the AC compressor and pulls in outside air.
What about when the windshield gets foggy on the outside? It happens a lot in my country since we have high humidity levels with high temperatures…
When you don’t have A/C, front defrost, recirculation or electric windows…
My heater doesn’t work.

Air circulation is inevitable.
I’ll stick with the windows. And a towel. Obviously.
Honestly, manufacturers (VW/Audi at least) already program this in. When you turn the heating system onto the ‘demist’ setting, this happens automatically:
AC On
Recirc off
Max vent power
