6 Easy New Year's Resolutions You Should Actually Stick To In 2016

Congratulations, you made it to 2016!

If your resolution is to hit the gym more often....

....who are you kidding?

Stick to these easy New Year's resolutions instead!

1. Wash your car once a month

This will ensure that your pride and joy stays in better condition, and will mean that it’s less likely to get rusty!
2. Learn more about vehicle maintenance

If you know how your car works, you’ll be able to diagnose issues and fix the things that might have seemed daunting to you before. A great way to learn is by binge-watching YouTube videos by the likes of Engineering Explained and Chris Fix.
3. Meet up with car friends more often

Whether you go for a hoon or simply meet up for lunch, spend more time in 2016 around those who share your passion.
4. Care less about criticism you might get

If you like the Prius, then don’t change your opinion just because it’s wrong. Be true to yourself in everything you do!
5. Be more patient with drivers who aren't as 'good' as you

We’re car people, which means we enjoy driving. Because we enjoy driving, we put more effort into it, thus making us superior beings. Unfortunately, not everyone shares our passion for cars, so it’s important not to get frustrated when other people do something wrong.
6. Let someone else drive your car

But only if they know what they’re doing!

My reaction to number 6…
Actually number 5 I did last year! Decided to eliminate road rage from my life. TBH it’s the best thing I ever did.
If I had car friends I wouldn’t leave them alone. That woman killed that car on purpose, some one burn her alive.
#3, or in other words…spend more time on CT
I plan on hanging out with my car friends more :)
Acually I don’t have petrolfriends outside facebook/car throttle
I remember letting my friend drive my car down the street, i’ve never seen anyone more abusive to a tranny. I swear he was going to straight up bend my shifter, and I found some metal shavings in the gearbox oil when I serviced it.
