Having lived in India for many years, i would advise not driving in India. There are a million un told rules of the roads in India, and the roads are simply some of the most dangerous in the world. On a vacation length trip, there is no way you could adapt enough to drive safely enough for you and your crew. And on top of that you will be distracted with talking to the camera and what not. Most who can afford it in India actually just have drivers.
