The Benefits of Small hatchback you didn't realize

Small hatchbacks i’m gonna talk about is not a Ford fiesta,Honda Jazz,Toyota yaris,etc but smaller than that. I’m talking about Hyundai i10,Swagon,Gwhizz,Toyota iQ,and so on. The 1 Litre Hatchbacks,yes from the displacement it’s clearly not for typical Americans “no replacement for displacement” since America is a huge continent and cheap fuel so the use of 1 litres hatchbacks is nonsense,but for us who lives in a small crowded countries with expensive fuel,insurance and tax small hatchbacks with 1 litres is interesting choices that we might missed.

Being small means you can maneuver through the traffic with ease and also you can go through small gap incase you stuck in parking lot if there’s a learners who can’t park their cars properly.

Refueling,for some of you who lives in UAE,America,or wherever the fuel is cheap this will never be your problems. With 1 litres or some even have less than 1 litres these hatchbacks visit gas stations less than “normal” cars. Living in countries where fuel cost is sky high these hatchbacks will spare your money on gas for your daily commute so you can spend your money on your weekend warriors car parts,buying bigger turbo,bigger pistons,better suspensions,etc so next time you hit the tracks you’ll be able to cut your lap times even further.

Maintenance cost,small hatchbacks have simple technology,engine and skinny tyres. Their main purpose is to save fuel so stuffing technology fest in cars like S class Benz will ruin that. Due to simple technology maintenance tend to be cheap compare to other cars since there’s not a lot things that can be broken and you can do simple maintenance things on your own. Skinny tyres can only means cheap tyres changes,fat tyres like 235/40/R18 are cost more compare to skinny 195/55/R14 tyres therefore it will save your money so you can spend that on your track days weapons tyres.

You’ll be on the edge everytime you drive it,skinny tyres have less grips than fat tyres combine with high gravity body roll means you on constant edge. We love drive to the edge on track days and with small hatchbacks you can do that 24/7.

Cheap taxes and insurance cost. Small cars have small displacement means tax will be cheap compare to bigger displacement cars. Different countries have different policy on tax but i’m sure displacement measures policy is kinda the same every where. Small and cheap cars have a cheap parts too,parts like front fenders,front bumper,rear bumper will cost less compare to more expensive cars that’s why the insurance companies will charge you less.
